Logo Refinement and File Preparation

I need a designer to refine and polish my DIY logo and prepare the necessary files for me.

Deliverables:
- Editable Source File
- .AI or .EPS
- .SVG
- .PNG
- .JPG (white background)
- Favicon/Icon Sizes (.ICO or 32x32 / 64x64 pixel PNG versions)

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator or similar design software
- Experience with logo design and refinement
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain design integrity
