Logo Redesign & Digital Optimization

I'm seeking a skilled designer to update my existing logo. The aim is to maintain our original visual identity while creating a more flexible design for various digital platforms.

Requirements:
- Minor modifications to current logo:
- Update font style
- Slightly alter shapes
- Preserve colors, shapes, and overall style

- Provide optimized versions for:
- Social Media: Profile picture and cover/header formats for Facebook, Twitter (X), Instagram, TikTok, YouTube
- Website: Favicon and other uses (thumbnails, banners)

- File Formats:
- Vector format (.SVG or .AI)
- Transparent .PNG versions in different sizes and resolutions suitable for each platform
