Logo Modification for IceHouse Comfort Solutions

I need a graphic designer to make some edits to a business logo that we are working on launching.

Key Modifications:
- Remove the mini split air conditioning unit from the bottom of the logo
- Change the name in the middle white box from “IceHouse Solutions” to “IceHouse Comfort Solutions”, preferably in two separate lines with “IceHouse” being on top and “Comfort Solutions” below it
- Remove the terms “residential HVAC” and “RS” from inside the logo
- Remove “Florida” from outside of the logo

Colors:
- The colors will be white, black, and blue (hex code 64d2e3, the backup web only color code is 66cccc)
- We do not want any shading in the logo. 3 colors only.

File Formats:
- The reference logo attached is only a draft and I need this remade into a high resolution logo from scratch.
- Will need a vector version .ai as well as .png and .jpeg versions of the logo iterations.

- Graphic Design
- Experience with logo modification
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator
- Ability to deliver high-resolution files
- Attention to detail

Please note, we do not want any shading in the logo. It should be simple and clean, using only the three specified colors.
