Logo Modification and Format Conversion

I need a freelancer to modify one word in a logo on 4 different colored versions of the same logo. The color variations are green, red, black, and white (to match the original color on the logos). The modified logos should be provided in eps, png, and ai formats.
Key Requirements:
- Change one word in the logo
- Match the new word to the original font, which I currently do not know the name of
- Provide the modified logos in eps, png, and ai formats
I have all original logo files ready for modification, so no need to find high-resolution images or low-resolution images. I am looking for someone who can deliver these modifications accurately and today.
