Logo Enhancement with Star Addition

I'm seeking a graphic designer to modify our company logo.

Requirements:
- Add a filled silver 'STAR' on top of the company crest (see attached example).
- Adjust 'Silver Stars' on the crest to be slightly lower.
- Provide final design in vector file formats: EPS, PNG, SVG, and JPEG.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in vector graphic design
- Experience with logo modification and branding
- Attention to detail and ability to follow specific design instructions
