Logo Edit and Color Variations

I need my existing .jpeg logo modified and converted to other formats. I am not sophisticated and need the modified logo emailed to me in formats that I can forward by email to others who need the logo for projects

Requirements:
- Background removal
- Convert to graphic-friendly formats: PNG, SVG, AI, PDF
- Provide logo in 5 or more colors: white, navy blue, red, green, black

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proficient in graphic design software
- Experience with logo modification and format conversion
