Logo Design for pitch presentation

I need a temporary logo for a pitch document for a video project. This is a fast turn around 24 hour project - do not bid if not possible. The design is for a full colour design that takes inspiration from American signs from the 1950s and 1960s. See attached reference images for the required style. The name and colours to be provided. First delivery is a quick sketch showing the layout and positioning of the text and structure. Then a final full res version is required in JPEG, and Photoshop.
