Logo Design for Lake district diaries

I need an artist to design a team logo for shirts that we are printing off. The design that I am looking for is of a wedge tail eagle holding a banner that says "Where Eagles Dare - 18 Div 2023". The attached file 'eagle holding banner' is inspiration on how I want the eagle to look, "Placemat for DIN is the current logo. want the final product closer to the first image then the second image . If possible could i get a black and white trace and a full colour one.
