Logo Design & Project Marketing -- 2

As a property development company, I am seeking a freelancer to assist me with logo design and project marketing. I am open to suggestions on color schemes for both the logo and marketing materials. The ideal freelancer will have experience in digital marketing, specifically social media and email campaigns. The project will include creating digital marketing materials such as social media graphics and email templates. Strong design skills and attention to detail are essential for this project.

I have attached copies of a previous brochure and brand concept and also plans for new development (Captain)
