Logo Conversion: existing logo to Multiple Formats

I'm looking for a professional to convert my logo into several different file types. The tasks include creating PNGs with transparent backgrounds, and an SVG vector file.

Requirements:
- Convert PDF logo into:
- PNG with transparent background
- SVG vector file
- JPEG
- New PDF
- No modifications to the logo needed, just a straightforward conversion.
