Logo Conversion and Adjustment

I need a logo conversion and adjustments. Currently, my logo is in JPEG/PNG format and I need it converted to vector format (AI, EPS, SVG, PNG and JPG).
Requirements:
- Convert existing JPEG/PNG logo to vector format (AI, EPS, SVG, JPG and PNG).
- Adjustments needed:
- Color change and touch-up
- Adding or removing elements
