Logo Color Scheme Overhaul

I'm looking for a professional graphic designer to help me modernize my logo's color scheme.

Specifics:
- The new colors should align with specific RGB codes that I will provide.
- Every element of the logo will need to be adjusted: the background, text, and all icons/graphics.

Ideal Skills:
- Strong graphic design background, particularly in logo design.
- Experience with color theory and brand color alignment.
- Proficient in using design software to implement color changes.

Please provide your portfolio showcasing similar previous work.

For the final result, I will need the logo in high quality files, in colour, black and white, negatives and transparent files. Any other recommended files, I am happy to hear your recommendations.

Scoops image:
Linework - RGB 31/53/46 (Otway)
Background - RGB 189/188/177 (Paper Bark)

Note - I need 2 options. 1st with linework as Otway colour and Background as Paper Bark and the 2nd the opposite. I.e., Linework as Paper Bark and Background as Otway.
