Logo Cleanup Needed

I need an experienced graphic designer to clean up my logo. The logo needs to be cleaned up in terms of the text and graphics. The logo is currently in a JPEG/PNG file format, so you will need to convert it to a vector format for the cleanup. Please note that no changes to the color scheme of the logo are required; we will keep the existing colors.
