Logo Clean-Up and Enhancement

I need a freelancer to clean up my logo.
Requirements:
- Remove the black wording "meals and catering"
- Replace it with "BUFFET"
- Improve the logo's quality for enlarging to print on a large 3 meter long banner
Current logo is in JPEG format. Color adjustments are not needed unless necessary for quality.
