Logo, Business card, Signboard

Need a logo done for a real estate business, business name has 2 words in it. Not sure yest what colour do i need, attached 2 options for reference.
I do have a few specific logo size that i would need for few website as it require a specific size.
Logo files need to be jpeg, png, pdf, svg etc
Also require a design for business card, marketing signboard in jpeg, pdf file.
