Logo and Business/Sticker Design

I have a sketch done for the logo, I would just like it touched up to look like a digital design and make the front of the shoe and laces look nicer. I also want the logo to be able to fit in the dimensions of Instagram, and tiktoks profile picture. Considering I already have the general concept done, and the sketch is completed. I was hoping to get this accomplished between $20-$30 US Dollars.
