Logo and Brand Design Guidelines for Teen focused website

I am looking for a designer to create a logo, brand design guidelines, and templates for my teen-focused website, which primarily focuses on teen employment. As I am open to suggestions for color schemes and design elements, I am looking for a designer who can provide creative ideas and guidance. Ideal skills for this job include graphic design, brand identity development, and experience with teen-focused branding.
The logo must be useable on: website, social media sites, fliers and posters
Brand design guidelines will include: color scheme, fonts, spacings,
Template for: 8.5x11" Announcement flier (editable .pdf or .docx), 8.5x11" Advertising flier (editable .pdf or docx). Basic template for customizable social media media post
I would like to start
1) I will give you the business overview and goals
2) You return four logo designs based in different scheme, colors, looks and feel (or more if you desire)
3) We refine the best one a time or two
4) I detail out the purpose of the fliers and announcements
5) You create in editable PDF or docx
6) Delivery and payment
Timeframe should be less than two weeks. I will be very responsive to all requests.
