Logo, Banners, UX advices.

We are a page that connect client and sellers who sell custom products. For example if I want a cup with a specific image, sellers can quote there and client choose the best quotation.
We have a BETA site, but we are not very happy with the current logo, we think it is not according to our branch.
- We need a new logo.
- Although we have a finished frontend template we are open to listen some UX advices
- We need help to choice a better colors for the site according as our branch is.
- We need 3 banners and 3 images that we plan to use in our page.
We are in Mexico, so we prefer somebody to understand Mexican market, but we are open to here anybody from anyplace.
