Live Streaming website

I'm looking for an experienced developer to help me build a Live Streaming website. The website has already been started and would need to be picked up where it has been left. The previous developers have used react.js to build what we have up to date. The main purpose of this project is to serve live gaming streaming, with features such as chat support to ensure interactive experience for the viewers. The website has to be compatible with both PC and mobile platforms. With this website, viewers should have reliable and smooth live streaming with an engaging chatroom. Furthermore, I would like to discuss with the developer regarding other optional features such as donation system and subscription system.
