Live 2d Character Creation

I have an idea i want to create, im looking for someone to design a full body 2d character and rig it afterwards. I want to start being a vtuber, have non of experience but i want to start from that. Im Mexican so i want it to be a kind of a wrestler but i want him to look fit and kind of smart, to give the character a cool personality.
