**Job Description:**
We are looking for a talented LinkedIn Multimedia Specialist to enhance the visibility and engagement of a professional LinkedIn profile for an experienced Enterprise Architect. The main focus will be on creating engaging videos and graphics to accompany and elevate the text content developed by the profile owner.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Video Production**:
- Develop and produce high-quality, engaging videos that complement and highlight the key messages of the text content.
- Assist with scripting, storyboarding, and editing to ensure videos are effective for a professional LinkedIn audience.
2. **Graphic Design**:
- Create compelling graphics and infographics that visually represent complex concepts related to Enterprise Architecture and related fields.
- Ensure all designs are consistent with the professional brand and LinkedIn content themes.
3. **Content Integration**:
- Work closely with the profile owner to align video and graphic content with the overall content strategy and calendar.
- Advise on best practices for integrating multimedia content on LinkedIn to maximize engagement.
4. **Performance Monitoring**:
- Assist in tracking the performance of multimedia content, using insights to inform future content development.
5. Networking and networking engagement.
**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in video production and graphic design, preferably with a portfolio showcasing work on professional or technical topics.
- Understanding of branding and content strategies on LinkedIn.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the profile owner.
**Deliverables:**
- A set of videos and graphics as per the agreed content calendar.
- Monthly reports on multimedia content performance.
