Project Description:
We are looking for a reliable and professional LinkedIn Page Manager and Content Creator to manage and grow the NovoTec888 company page.
NovoTec888 is a biotechnology product for indoor and vertical farming, based on Bacillus strains that promote root health, nutrient uptake, and plant yield.
The goal is to build a consistent, scientific and credible presence that educates and engages the professional agriculture and biotech audience.

Responsibilities:
1) Create and publish 3 posts per week (12–14 per month) on the NovoTec888 LinkedIn page.
2) Develop all content (text + visuals) in a professional, scientific, and brand-aligned tone. We may occasionally provide supplemental materials (e.g., trial data, photos, or technical notes) for you to incorporate, but you are fully responsible for developing the content.
4) Ensure each post is visually appealing and educational (e.g., infographics, short case summaries, simple data visuals).
5) Handle engagement tasks such as replying to comments in professional tone, monitor and respond to incoming messages on the company page.
6) Prepare a monthly performance report summarizing follower growth, engagement rate (likes, comments, shares), top-performing content, recommendations for improvement, etc..
Deliverables:
1) Minimum 12 posts per month (each with a caption + image or graphic).
2) Monthly analytics report (simple table or PDF).
3) Consistent posting schedule (3× per week).
4) Prompt engagement replies (within 48 hours).
Budget & Duration:
1) Fixed rate: $100 CAD per month (ongoing project based on performance). Do not bid if this budget does not meet your expectations.
2) Payment released monthly after content and report submission.
Communication & Workflow:
1) Freelancer will post directly as NovoTec888 LinkedIn Page Admin (access provided).
2) Simple weekly update or message summary to confirm progress.
3) Monthly content calendar to be reviewed and approved before publishing.
Additional Terms:
1) Confidentiality: All created content, materials, and analytics must remain confidential and cannot be shared elsewhere without permission.
2) Ownership: All content developed under this contract becomes the property of NovoTec888 after payment.
3) Trial Period: The first month serves as a paid trial; continuation depends on content quality and engagement performance.
