Letterhead Design

Hi, am looking for some creativity to turn my logo into a letterhead image I can use the background in Microsoft Word. I am needing 2 letterhead designs 1 for use for general business and 1 that might be a bit different (colour or look) for use by the management committee. I was looking at something like the attached. But if I can do this in PowerPoint I want something way better and creative.
