I have about 100 complete lesson plans sitting in Google Docs that read well but looks painfully plain. Your first task—and my highest priority—is to re-format every section so the document is clean, consistent, and student-friendly. Headings, tables, margins, fonts, and spacing all need the kind of polish that makes information pop without distracting from the content.

Once the layout feels professional, layer in engaging, age-appropriate images. You’re free to source royalty-free visuals or create simple graphics yourself; just keep the style cohesive throughout the files.

A light proofread for typos or phrasing lapses comes next, followed by a quick sanity check that links work and page breaks fall in logical spots.

Finally, turn the key vocabulary and concepts into a set of flashcards learners can print or import Keep wording concise, accurate, and aligned with the lesson objectives.

Deliverables (all in one shared folder):
• Updated Google Doc, fully formatted and image-rich
• PDF export for easy distribution
• Flashcard deck images or PDFs
