Leaflet designed for posting to houses for furniture selling

I am looking for a freelancer to create a leaflet to be posted to houses for furniture selling. The purpose of the leaflet is to advertise furniture that can be purchased online. The target audience is homeowners, and I would like a design style that combines modern and traditional elements. The leaflet should convey the message about the variety of furniture available that can be purchased online, as well as any other key information that could enhance the appeal of the furniture being sold. I am looking for someone that can combine creativity, understanding of the chosen design style, an eye for detail and the ability to capture people's attention with their design. The size is A4, printed front and back, designs for both sides. The leaflet is to be attractive and striking as this is for selling high quality furniture, so lots of photos. These would be for furniture, upholstery, cane furnitue and office furniture, etc. To include Company name, some history of the company, telephone number, pictures of 2 sales men and the website details fairly bold. There needs to be an area where the customers address can be put, probably in white. The leaflet colours in black, gold and beige and the photos adding their own colour to lift it!
