Leaflet Design Modification with dia-cut art work required at the end

I need a skilled designer to modify an existing leaflet artwork. The example artwork is currently in a PDF format.

Requirements:
- Replace an existing logo (provided in PNG format)
- Recolour with some gradient as per the colors I will be specifying
- Update, remove, and change some text, icons, and logos
- Cross-check and adjust colors to match brand guidelines and specific color codes I will provide
- Provide the final file in a high-quality format suitable for printing

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficiency in PDF editing and graphic design
- Experience with color adjustments and brand guideline adherence
- Attention to detail and strong typography skills
- Familiarity with design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively
