Hello, we are a local independent estate agent based in Leicestershire, England. We specialise in rural village property (cottages, country homes etc). We have recently opened an office in Melton Mowbray and we require a new A5 leaflet design with a opening offer advertised.
The front of the leaflet will be based around the offer and the reverse will feature a small selection of houses we have sold/let, a testimonial and a brief introduction of our senior partner.
