Lead Generation Landing Page

I need a proficient web developer to create an effective landing page aimed at generating leads.
Key Requirements:
- The landing page will provide a brief company introduction
- It will have various sections that navigation links will take the visitor/user to
- The landing page should prominently feature a contact form.
- The form should collect the following information: Name, Email, Company Name and Phone Number
- The landing page should be easily editable, by us WYSWYG once created
- We should be able to host the page at our choice of hosting sites.
