Lead-Generating Real Estate Content
Budget: $15 – $25 USD
I’m building a premium real estate social media agency focused on helping agents and property brands turn attention into qualified inbound leads.
To make that happen, I’m looking for a content partner who can think beyond “pretty edits” and actually understands how real estate content performs across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook.
I need someone who can plan, design, edit, and help execute modern real estate content that:
• attracts attention quickly,
• builds trust and authority,
• increases engagement,
• and ultimately helps generate inquiries and leads.
You’ll be working with raw property footage, agent talking-head clips, photos, testimonials, market insights, and branding assets to create:
• short-form vertical videos,
• carousel posts,
• story content,
• branded graphics,
• and platform-optimized social posts.
Real estate industry experience is mandatory.
I’m specifically looking for someone who already understands:
• real estate branding,
• buyer psychology,
• agent positioning,
• luxury presentation,
• content funnels,
• and social media marketing strategy.
This role is not for someone who only knows how to edit videos.
I need someone who understands why content performs and how social media translates into business outcomes for agents and brokerages.
Skills that matter most:
• Strong short-form editing instincts
• Understanding of retention-focused content
• Hook-driven storytelling
• Clean luxury-oriented design taste
• Knowledge of current social trends/platform behavior
• Ability to package content for reach and engagement
• Independent thinking and proactive communication
Preferred tools:
• Premiere Pro / Final Cut / CapCut
• Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
• Notion and Google Drive
Typical deliverables:
• Monthly content planning support
• 12–20 edited vertical videos
• Supporting graphics/carousels
• Captions/hooks
• Content organization & scheduling assistance
• Basic performance observations and improvement suggestions
When applying, please include:
• Real estate projects you’ve worked on
• Reel/TikTok examples
• Carousel or graphic examples
• Any metrics/results from past clients
• Your turnaround times
• Your monthly availability
If you’ve helped real estate agents, brokerages, developers, or property brands grow their audience, generate inquiries, or strengthen their positioning online, I’d love to see your work.
