Layout a tri fold brochure

I need to have a professionally created tri fold brochure type set and laid out to offset printing specs. 8.5x11 horizontal tri fold. I have an existing brochure to use as an example. I need new info placed in the same format with artistic backgrounds. Because this is the first time for this brochure layout. there will be revisions
