Layout of Gaming Booklet

Hi. I have a 30-page manuscript that needs a layout. It will need to be done in scribus to export as a PDF. This is a role-playing game product. I have some graphics to help with the layout. I can provide more as needed. I am looking for a not to exceed price range, as our budget is finite.
