Landscape. Garden and plant design

I need garden design for a part in landscape projects. Who will make design for this part should be aware about plant selection .. have to select plant in suitable type and colour. Should be aware how to make private area by using proper plants . Also we have path way. We need to put some plant around it in colorful and calm.
