Landing Page UI UX Design & Development

Hello! I am looking for a skilled freelancer to design and develop a landing page for my project. My vision for the page is to have a color scheme that is balanced - neither too bright nor too neutral, with some flexibility depending on design elements and features that fit into the overall look and feel. More specifically, my main goal for the landing page is to collect visitor information. This will require a design that incentivizes visitors to engage, such as via a signup form, easy-to-find contact information, and small but effective CTA buttons. But while I have some ideas of my own, I am also open to any creative suggestions that the freelancer might have.
