A LUXURY BRAND

I need direction , someone who can make my vision come to life. I have a few ideas of a luxury brand i want and would like to just bounce of a graphic designer and have fun whilst making ranges of clothes or bags or whatever. I would love someone who would have links to help me after the designs are ready and it would be time to produce it.
