Kurti prints/ design/ custom print -- 2

I'm seeking a designer to create a unique, casual, sleeveless kurti design for my manufacturing unit. The fabric will primarily be cotton and rayon, so designs should be suitable for these materials. The kurtis will feature a round neck.

Ideal skills for this project include:
- Fashion design, particularly for women's clothing
- Understanding of garment manufacturing processes
- Experience with cotton and rayon fabrics
- Ability to create designs that cater to a casual style
