Koozie Design

I would like a design that I can use to make koozies for some upcoming Phish shows. They are just for me to give to my friends, not to sell. I want one side to have a picture of a circus tent (with the "material" being in the pattern of Phish donuts), that says "This is my circus" above and "These are my monkeys" below. I'm going to do the koozies in a dark color (navy, forest green, etc.), so need the outline/writing to be a light color (white, yellow, etc.). Looking to pay around $50.
