Job ID: 39844206

Budget: $2 – $8 CAD

1. Company Background

Company Name: Mountainview Financial Planning
Website: www.mountainviewplanning.com

Mountain View Planning is a financial planning firm dedicated to helping professionals and families in Vancouver build secure and prosperous futures. Our brand is professional, trustworthy, and approachable. We aim to demystify financial planning and empower our clients to live the life they want without financial stress.

2. Project Overview & Objectives

We are looking to create a compelling poster to be displayed in public spaces (cafes, community boards, etc.) around the Kitsilano neighborhood in Vancouver, BC.

The primary goals of this poster are:
- Generate Leads: Drive traffic to our website via a prominent QR code for a free consultation.
- Increase Brand Awareness: Introduce Mountainview Financial Planning to the local Kitsilano community.
- Resonate with Locals: Connect with the target audience by acknowledging the high cost of living in a humorous and relatable way.

3. Target Audience
Who: Residents of Kitsilano, aged 28-45.
Lifestyle: They are likely active, educated professionals who value the "Kits lifestyle" (beach access, yoga, healthy food, community). They enjoy a high quality of life but are acutely aware of the significant financial pressures of living in one of Vancouver's most desirable neighborhoods (high rent, property costs, daily expenses).
Pain Point: They may feel a low-level anxiety about their finances, wondering if they are "on track" to afford their lifestyle long-term, buy a home, or save enough for the future.

4. Key Message & Copy
The core message is: "We help you afford the Kitsilano life you love, without the financial stress."

Please use one of the following copywriting options for the poster. We are open to minor tweaks for design purposes, but the tone should remain.

Headline: Your rent is higher than the North Shore mountains.

Body: Living the dream in Kits is amazing. Stressing about the cost? Not so much. Let's build a financial plan that lets you enjoy the view without worrying about the bill.

Tagline: Keep the lifestyle. Ditch the stress.

5. Design & Visual Requirements
Mood & Feel: Modern, clean, professional, and eye-catching. It should feel optimistic and approachable, not like a stuffy corporate ad.

Imagery: The design should incorporate high-quality, professional photography of Vancouver. The ideal image would be one of the following:
- The view of the North Shore mountains and city skyline as seen from Kitsilano Beach.
- A beautiful shot of Kitsilano Beach itself, perhaps during golden hour.
- An iconic street view or scene from the Kitsilano neighborhood that feels authentic.
Please avoid generic stock photos that don't look like Vancouver.

You may also choose to use animated imagery instead of real photos.

Color Palette: Please adhere to our brand color palette as much as possible, any deviations should fit aesthetically with the colors in the palette.

Typography: Fonts should be clean, modern, and highly legible from a distance. Preferably matching the website font, but not required.

6. Mandatory Elements
The final design MUST include the following:
- Mountain View Planning Logo: (File will be provided).
- QR Code: (Image file will be provided). This needs to be prominent and easily scannable.
- Website URL: www.mountainviewplanning.com

Call to Action: "Book a no-obligation introductory chat" placed near the QR code

7. Deliverables & Specifications
Poster Size: Standard letter size 8.5x11

Final Files:
High-resolution, print-ready PDF (with 0.125" bleed and crop marks, CMYK color profile).
The original, editable source file (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator).

Timeline: As soon as possible without rushing. Don't spend more than a few hours on this.

This is one of many design projects I have. So if I like the work, I'll have more where this comes from!
