Kids t-shirt

I am going to make a t-shirt. The front of the shirt should be an image that says "F1K". It should look like the F1 (Formula 1) logo which I have attached, but include a "K" in the same font. The image should be blue, color Hex #191970. Then for the back of the shirt, I need two images, in the same color blue. One says "ALIS" at the top, with the number 45 below it. The other says "QUEEN" at the top, with the number 98 below it. The names and numbers should look similar to the layout and font of the attached image of a jersey back, but doesn't need to be identical to it. So I would like three graphics total, in both .AI and .JPG formats.
