Kids clothes for a children’s online clothing store -- 2

My goal is to obtain a freelancer who can produce timeless, classic full outfits for children aged 3-6 years old. I want these outfits to convey classic qualities, but also remain fun and age-appropriate. I am looking for a freelancer to design clothing items that are simple, yet comfortable and versatile. I have a few ideas in mind but am struggling with the tech pack aspect to get my idea made into an item. I first started thinking of some rustic boho style overalls with fun prints on the pockets and maybe hem lines. am hoping to find a freelancer who has a sense of style that enables them to create classic designs with an up-to-date, fashionable twist. As this is for a children's online clothing store, our primary focus is that the garments are comfortable, durable, and fashionable. Additionally, we must ensure that the items are designed with the utmost attention to detail in order to keep our customers satisfied. I have attached a mood board of inspiration.
