Job Title: Refine a Branded Workbook Presentation IN KEYNOTE
Project Overview:
I want to improve my 120-slide playbook presentation into a polished, professional workbook-style presentation in Keynote, without Adobe or other apps to generate images, etc. The final deliverable must reflect consistency, authority, and professionalism, with a clean design and a cohesive flow.
Scope of Work:
1. File Refinement:
- Start with my draft Keynote file of approx 120 slides, which includes placeholder content.
2. Design and Illustration:
- Refine & stylize six (6) draft charts, ensuring a cohesive visual style.
- Apply consistent typography, font sizes, and brand colors based on the provided guidelines (typefaces and hex codes).
- Simplify slide content when necessary by creating additional slides to maintain readability and clarity.
3. Structure and Navigation:
- Implement a clear and logical slide sequence that aligns with my table of contents.
- Use a structured page-numbering system to reflect the deck’s phases and steps:
- Intro (e.g., Intro 01, Intro 02)
- Chapter 1, Step 1 (e.g., 1.1, 1.2, 1.3)
- Chapter 2, Step 1 (e.g., 2.1, 2.2, 2.3)
4. Brand Integration:
- Add my company logo to the footer of each slide for consistent branding.
5. Design Style:
- Create a design that emphasizes clarity, authority, and professionalism.
- Use space for clarity.
- This is a playbook reference document, not a presentation document.
6. File Format and Interactivity:
- Deliver the final deck and draft iterations only in Apple Keynote file format.
- NO animations or transitions are required.
7. Review Process:
- Include a first pass of ten (10) slides in the first week to check in on the style and design.
- Include one mid-project draft review to ensure alignment with expectations.
- Provide AT LEAST 2 rounds of revisions.
Timeline:
- The final deliverable is required within **four (4) weeks** of project kick-off.
Budget and Payment Terms:
- Payment terms of the platform (e.g., Fiverr, Upwork) will be used.
- All rights to the work will be transferred to me upon full payment, granting me unrestricted use of the final product and all associated drafts.
- I do not want any paid-for images in my presentation and will not pay for any.
