Keyboard Layout Design for UV Printing

I need assistance in designing and creating vector files for re-printing a US keyboard to UK keys using my Mimaki UV printer.

Requirements:
- Design the standard UK keyboard layout based on a US layout.
- Create vector/SVG files for each key.
- Use of design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Inkscape).
