KDP Upload & Rights Assistance
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
My manuscript is finished and I’m now ready to publish, but I’d like an experienced hand to guide the final steps. I need someone who can take ownership of the entire Amazon KDP upload process, make sure the book is properly formatted for Kindle, and handle the necessary copyright registration so my work is fully protected in the chosen region.
Here’s the current status:
• Manuscript: final text is ready in Word.
• Cover: I have an existing design but it needs a few tweaks to meet KDP’s size and bleed specs.
• Copyright: registration has not yet been filed.
What I’m looking for you to do:
• Prepare the interior file for Kindle and, if possible, paperback—ensuring table of contents, clickable links, and clean chapter breaks. (Kindle Create, Vellum, or InDesign—your choice, as long as the final EPUB/MOBI/PDF passes KDP preview without errors.)
• Modify my existing cover so it meets Amazon’s exact pixel dimensions, spine width, and embedded fonts requirements, then supply the print-ready PDF and Kindle-ready JPEG.
• Walk me through or directly complete the copyright registration, supplying any forms or screenshots needed to confirm submission.
• Upload the book on my KDP dashboard, fill in metadata (title, subtitle, keywords, categories), and confirm the final proof.
• Provide me with a brief hand-over document so I can replicate the process for future titles.
Acceptance criteria:
• KDP pre-launch preview shows zero formatting issues.
• Cover file is accepted without revision requests.
• Copyright application confirmation number is provided.
• Book goes live on Amazon in both Kindle and paperback formats.
If you have a track record of smooth KDP launches and understand Amazon’s evolving specs, I’d love to work with you.
