KDP Book Cover Upload Help

I have already set up the new listing on KDP—manuscript, metadata, pricing, everything—but I’m stuck on the final hurdle: getting the cover accepted. The cover is currently in a print-ready PDF, and I also have the original source file, so making tweaks is possible. Because this edition carries a brand-new ISBN, KDP is treating it as a fresh title, which means the cover must meet their exact dimensions, spine width, bleed, and safe-zone requirements before it will pass the pre-flight check.

What I need from you:
• Verify the existing PDF against KDP’s latest paperback template for my trim size.
• Adjust the layout if the spine width or margins are off, ensuring bar-code placement is correct.
• Upload the final file through my KDP dashboard (I can share temporary access) and confirm it is accepted without errors.

Once the cover shows as “Print Ready” on my end, the job is done. If a minor revision is flagged by KDP’s previewer, I’ll rely on you to correct it and re-submit.
