Joyful Digital Album Cover & PR Pics Design

I'm seeking a creative and experienced graphic designer to produce a captivating digital music album cover for upload to various online platforms, along with three individual song PR pics for social media posts. The desired theme was left unspecified, allowing the artist plenty of freedom to choose, but the result should capture a feeling of joy.
The color scheme should veer towards the cooler side, incorporating blues, greens, and purples. Here's what I'm looking for:
- Ability to create abstract, nature, or urban themes, as the theme was not specified by myself.
- Skills in graphic design and digital arts.
- Experience with music album cover and PR pics designing.
- Adept at triggering an emotional response with visuals, particularly a sense of joyfulness.
- Proficient with color theory, and able to craft designs primarily in cool tones.
