Journal Cover Creator Needed (Full rights transfer)

Project: Journal Cover Design (Full Rights Required)
I am looking for a talented graphic designer to create a unique and original journal cover design. This will be used for commercial purposes including sale and reproduction.
Requirements:
Final delivery must include vector files (AI, SVG, EPS or PDF).
Design must be 100% original, with no copyrighted or stock assets used (including fonts, illustrations, or textures).
You must be willing to sign a rights transfer agreement upon completion, confirming that all rights, including the right to modify, reproduce, and sell the design in unlimited quantities, are transferred to me.
You must not reuse or resell the design or any part of it elsewhere.
Open to discussing style and theme after shortlisting. Reference images will be given for the journal cover. Only 1 cover for this job but potentially more if I like your work.
