I'm in need of a developer skilled in creating a talent sourcing platform. I'm looking to integrate specific features into the site:
Employer account- where employer can post it job and see the profile sourced by sourcer
sourcer account- where sourcer can see the role and submit the profiles
Experience with similar projects would be beneficial. Understanding of user interface and experience (UI/UX) principles for intuitive design is a bonus. Proficiency in back-end development and setting up efficient databases is also expected. Please provide examples of any similar platforms you have created in your bid.
