Freelancer Project Brief: Jing Systems Logo Refinement, Vector Reproduction and Animated Splash Screen

The Budget is fixed $100 AUD MAX. As was stuffed around with previous freelancers which cost me more money to fix up their incompetence or over confidence.

We are looking for a skilled logo/vector designer and motion designer to refine and reproduce our existing Jing Systems logo, not create a completely new brand identity.

The current logo design should be kept recognisable. We want a more professional, polished and production-ready version with improved depth, realism and usability across app, web and splash screen use.

The logo currently features:

* Two stylised hands forming a supportive shape
* A lotus flower in the centre
* A warm glowing light in the middle
* Blue, teal, gold and cream tones
* A wellness, care, booking-system and premium software feel

The goal is to improve the existing design while keeping the same overall concept.

Scope of Work

1. Reproduce and refine the current logo in Adobe Illustrator format

Please recreate the existing logo as a high-quality vector artwork.

This should include:

* Clean, professional vector paths
* Proper layer structure
* Scalable artwork suitable for print, web and app use
* Improved symmetry, balance and polish
* More realistic lighting and shading
* Better depth and dimensionality
* Cleaner edges and gradients
* No unnecessary redesign of the core logo

The final design should feel like a more premium and realistic version of the current logo.

2. Create a flatter logo with a more realistic 3D effect

We need a version that still works as a logo, but has more refined 3D depth.

This version should:

* Keep the same general shape and layout
* Improve the hand shading and lotus depth
* Make the central glow more refined and professional
* Add realistic but tasteful highlights and shadows
* Avoid making the logo too busy or over-detailed
* Still be recognisable at smaller sizes

This version will be used for the main Jing Systems branding.

3. Create an Apple glass-compatible version

We also need a version suitable for modern Apple-style app icons and glass/translucent interface use.

This should not be a totally different logo. It should be an adapted version of the same logo that works well with:

* iOS/macOS-style icon presentation
* Soft glass, depth and transparency effects
* Rounded app icon formats
* Dark and light backgrounds
* Premium SaaS/software feel

This version should look clean, modern and compatible with Apple-style glass UI design, while still clearly looking like the Jing Systems logo.

4. Create animated splash screen using the 3D logo

We need a short splash screen animation using the refined 3D version of the logo.

The animation must be subtle, elegant and professional.

Animation concept:

* Maximum animation length: 3 seconds
* Logo appears cleanly on screen
* The centre glow starts as a very small pin/light point
* The glow softly expands to its current size
* Small light flecks/particles around the logo gently move or shimmer
* The logo itself remains mostly still
* No extra objects
* No extra symbols
* No extra design elements
* No text unless requested
* The animation should feel calm, premium and wellness-focused
* Suitable for a software loading screen or app splash screen

Preferred output:

* MP4
* MOV
* GIF preview
* Transparent WebM if possible
* Lottie JSON if possible
* Source animation file, such as After Effects .aep, if used

This is not a full redesign.

Please do not replace the hands, lotus or central glow concept. We want the current logo improved, refined and reproduced professionally.

The design should remain:

* Suitable for a booking and clinic management software platform

Avoid:

* Cartoon styling
* Overly complex fantasy effects
* Adding extra symbols
* Changing the identity too much
