Jellyfin Expert Needed for Custom Pay-Per-View Platform

I am in search of a Jellyfin specialist who can help customize the Jellyfin app for both Android and iPhone, and set up a scalable Jellyfin server for a pay-per-view video platform.
Key Requirements:
- UI/UX design changes in the Jellyfin app
- Integration of the app with PayPal / Other Mobile payment platform (API will be furnished) as the payment gateway
- Assistance with the design of the app, as I currently do not have a complete design or wireframe
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience with Jellyfin customization
- Strong UI/UX design skills
- Expertise in integrating apps with payment gateways, particularly PayPal
- Experience in setting up scalable servers for video platforms
- Ability to assist in app design and wireframe creation
