Japanese Style Apparel Design Specialist

I'm in need of a proficient graphic designer who can bring my vision of Japanese-themed apparel to life. Detail is key in this project, and I require designs for mostly t-shirts, but not limited to hoodies, shorts, pants and hats. The ability to vividly and creatively incorporate my chosen elements is paramount.
Key requirements:
• Deep understanding of Japanese culture and art.
• Ability to incorporate specific Japanese symbols and elements such as cherry blossoms, samurai, kanji characters, koi fish, dragon, foo dog, daruma, phoenix, water waves, wind bars, rising sun, Hannya mask, Oni mask, katanas and tiger in a comprehensive design.
• Significant experience in designing for apparel, including t-shirts, hoodies, and hats.
• Proficiency in contemporary design tools and software.
