JPG to CDR Conversion – Exact Vector Recreation Required

I need an experienced CorelDRAW designer to convert a JPG image into a perfectly accurate, fully editable CDR file.
The design must be manually redrawn to match the original exactly — including logo, text, borders, spacing, and gold color tones.
No auto-trace or approximate work is acceptable.
